A fantasy and an Eco-fiction short story about a young woman named Irene. Irene loves animals and have the special gift of talking to them but she's quite insecure about her "weird" gift as she calls it and keeps it a secret from everyone except her best friend, Sofia. This causes her problems with her other relationships, including her love life. One day, her life turns upside down when her best animal friend, Sam, dies and she's forced to make a decision: whether to stay passive or speak up for the animals she loves. It's a story about group work in protecting animals and the environment and making more effort to live peacefully with animals and nature as our friends just as it was in paradise. This story has swear words in one of the scenes and that's why I categorized it as mature.
