ATTENTION: If you haven't watched the show Gotham you probably won't understand this story. But if you're interested in reading, then do proceed!
It has been a decade since Bruce Wayne left Gotham and now he's back. Yet, this man dressed up like a Bat is in Gotham as well, as strange as it is, this man seems to want to help Commissioner James Gordon and the GCPD. Question is, who is this man? Is he actually trying to help or is he planning to take over Gotham City underworld who is currently being ran by Oswald Cobblepot and Edward Nygma? Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne tries to turn Selina Kyle back into the woman she was before he left. Since he left, Selina has had nobody and has been stealing Gothams most valuable items, and now that Bruce is back, can she change her ways?
A change has been made, Jarome Valeska never died twice, instead he kills his twin brother Jeremiah and somehow becomes more calculated with his attacks and has been obsessed with Bruce Wayne. But what about this new Bat Character who stopped him from killing Jim Gordon's daughter, Barbara Lee? Does he want to kill this new character?

A legendary vigilante/anti-hero from the Rigby has decided to move to Gotham City and with in a week of his arrival. He has put Gotham's underworld on notice. That there's a new law in Gotham CIty. His. way of doing things are considered too old school to be used. He's dangerous with his dual ivory handled revolvers, Sharpes Buffalo Hunter rifle and his limited edition Henry and Winchester lever action rifles. But he's even more deadly with his fists and feet. But as he cleans up the streets of Gotham his way, he gets the ire of one Dark Knight and Company. Well, maybe everyone of the Bat Family. Except one. Barbara Gordon. Whose been following the gunmans career with great interest. But Dick Grayson, Damian Wayne and Alfred are wondering if there's another reason why she's following his career. Finally one night he was hot on the trail of Rupert Thorne and had him cornered in a high class estate in the hills. The Dark Knight and The Gunslinging Lawdog have their first encounter. But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Now there are a few questions that are bound come up, One. Will this new city anti-hero join the Bat Family or will he be on Batman's most wanted list? And Two. Will Barbara Gordon find the mysterious gunman and be able to tell him how she feels and will he reciprocate?Complete

Somewhere in the East End of Gotham City, Selina Kyle sat on the floor of her little apartment. It wasn't much. In fact, it had never been much but it was all she ever had - for now. Selina reached into the little black suede satchel and grabbed one of the four African diamonds in the little bag. The diamond glistened in the night as she lifted it up to her eyes. So much value and worth in such a little rock but sadly it was not the forever fortune she had hoped it was. Selina placed the diamond back in the satchel that laid in between her legs. How much more would be enough she pondered. When would it be enough? She sat up off the floor and made her way to the little balcony. Mercury, her black cat followed her from behind. Mercury wasn't just any black cat, no this was a fine purebred black Cornish rex that she had stolen from a drug lord in Istanbul. Mercury followed suit climbing into her arms. Mercury was her most prized possession. Selina nibbled at her nose. She glazed out into the night and as the clouds parted ways, the bat signal emerged from the night sky. Though her and Jeremiah both were given new identities, able to study at St. Ingatius as Xander and Hayley Wilder. School life for Jeremiah was fairly uneventful, he tended to keep to himself mostly. However poor (Y/n) was the prey of the schools "it" group, constantly abusing her both physically and mentally. Until one day she snapped, killing them. After two long years of being in Arkham she was given her "sane" certificate, meaning she was free to leave that shit hole. While being trapped in that dump she had lots of time to ponder, deciding she wanted to join the GCPD. Which after lots of trying and persistence they let her in, being taken under the wing of Jim Gordon. One day she was driving with Jim when they had to make a pit stop, at a very very fancy manor.
