Yet, this man dressed up like a Bat is in Gotham as well, as strange as it is, this man seems to want to help Commissioner James Gordon and the GCPD. Question is, who is this man? Is he actually trying to help or is he planning to take over Gotham City underworld who is currently being ran by Oswald Cobblepot and Edward Nygma? Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne tries to turn Selina Kyle back into the woman she was before he left. Since he left, Selina has had nobody and has been stealing Gothams most valuable items, and now that Bruce is back, can she change her ways?

A change has been made, Jarome Valeska never died twice, instead he kills his twin brother Jeremiah and somehow becomes more calculated with his attacks and has been obsessed with Bruce Wayne.
