"Today is gonna be a good day, I hope..." I said to myself as I walked to the school bus, we have a project that has to be handed in next Monday, we need to build a robot with a unique ability. I'm going to my friend Bethany's house to build it, I love Bethany's house it is massive and has a huge basement, but it's slightly creepy.
The two girls will have to work together if they want to escape the mystery's of a new land or they will have to spend the rest of their lives there....

I heard the bell ring. We were going to be late. "Let's come back later," I said. She gave me the glare. The glare that told you to be quiet or else. Then, Eleanor managed to make the door crew open. We peered in. It was as dark as night in there. "Is this supposed to be magical?" I asked. Eleanor stepped in. The floor board under her foot squeaked. I saw a ball roll, then it happened.Complete
Subject 3281; Chell's Story
Test. That was what she did, and Subject 3281 did it well. She was the model subject, fit, strong, on time, and most of all... obedient. That's how she was, until one fateful day, when the higher-ups at Aperture Science figured that they could get more out of their testing if two subjects were present, and so launched the "Aperture Science Co-operative Testing Initiative", pairing Subject 3281 with another Test subject. A boy. A boy who forced Subject 3281 to re-think her complacency, to yearn for freedom as they all did. To begin thinking like the girl she had been; instead of the person she had become. ~----------------------------------~ So, I was writing a short story one day, and realized that--with a bit of tweaking--this could turn into a Portal 2 fan-fic! While I do believe that Blue Sky is the BEST fan-fic for Portal 2 out there, and deserves to be canon, I think that this is still a relatively believable Chell backstory. (This is set after Cave Johnson's death, and before Caroline/GLaDOS killed everyone but the test subjects with neurotoxin, and placed Chell in stasis.) Enjoy! This is not a Chelley fan-fic, and doesn't include Wheatley, as this is set prior to the timeline of the first game. I don't own Portal, Portal 2, or the characters in the game; but this story is my own, from my imagination. I also don't own the amazing cover art, and I don't know who does... same goes for the chapter art, they're all either off of Google or Pinterest! 😂 P.S. the first chapter sort of "sets the scene" for the rest of the book, so bear with me!Complete
