Sometimes people become villains, not because they are particularly evil but because they were pushed into that lifestyle by this flawed society that cannot take into consideration everyone's quirk.
In order to prevent more people from becoming villains, the governement has created a special rehabilitation program for delinquents under the age of 19, as to give them a second chance.
What happens when a reluctant, non-motivated hero becomes the homeroom teacher of a wild class of delinquents? Come find out!
