Ophelia Caron doesn't know where she's going in life. She's wanted to be many things, from an actor to a doctor and to the infinite other jobs out there. She's entering college soon, and when she gets rejected from every college she has applied to, she sets out on finding out what she really wants in life.

While interning at a local bookstore, Ophelia meets a boy her age by the name of Asher Hughs, who has bruises that house no less than an infinite number of stories to be told. And suddenly, there it is: all Ophelia wanted and could ever want, in the form of a teenage boy.

When she gets too fixated on being loved by someone and ends up getting hurt, can Ophelia find a way to open up her little infinity and learn to love again?
