To the Gods emotion was weakness, to feel was to invite your enemy in. synaísthi̱ma is emotion, something the Gods lacked, what Aphrodite thought she lacked... The Goddess's heart of stone chipped when she fell In love, but it shattered when her daughter was born. Her heart no longer stone, it's beats strong. Aphrodite finally knew what it was to feel and soon she'd understand the grief from the loss of her daughter, her lover. Synaísthi̱ma was lost. Like they said to feel was to invite the enemy in and that's exactly what Aphrodite unknowingly did, but now it's Synaísthi̱ma turn to make people see the error of their ways. Even if she may not know it, just because she's lost doesn't mean others won't be found. (This was called "The Truth Behind Aphrodite's daughter" but I changed it because it was too much of a mouthful, also I'll be tweaking the story a bit to fit the change. - Cil )

Her

After years of heartbreak and quiet loneliness, he had almost forgotten what it felt like to love - until he met her. She was a storm disguised as silence: lost, guarded, and one step away from giving up completely. Her walls were unbreakable, built high to keep the world - and the pain - out. But then he came along. Not to fix her, but to understand her. Slowly, the walls began to crumble - his and hers alike. Together, they found warmth in the cold, laughter in the ache, and love in the wreckage of who they used to be. "Her" is a heart-stirring story about the transformative power of love - how two broken souls can find healing in each other's arms, and how sometimes, all it takes is one person to remind you that you're still worth loving. This related to the song "Her by JVKE"
