" I didn't plan to come out ." I mumbled. 

He jumped out of his chair making me jump up and marched towards me grabbing me by the throat .  
"Who do you think your talking to ?" , he questioned. His grip tightening , slightly cutting off my airways . 

"Ad-, I couldn't even breath , my face started heating up , I knew it was definitely red . I could feel my eyes getting heavy . He dropped me and I instantly gasped and choked for air like a fish out of water . 

"Now disrespect me again", he says as he walks out the door not once looking back . 
 
I've probably cried so much today than any other day in my life.
