"Stop playing around, Roy. It's not funny." Katie said as she stomps her feet deadpan on the kitchen floor of their parents home.
"Oh come on, just a little teasing. And maybe a stolen kiss here and there." Roy jokes as he struggles to sit down. Nothing is serious with Roy. Always the jokester, always have to tease, always have to make a statement. But Katie wasn't having it, as the youngest in the family, she needed to make a middle ground of what's going on in her life. And in order for that to happen she needs to start now.
"Promise me you won't date Jillian." With seriousness in her irises, she made sure it was getting across to Roy that Jillian was off limit.
Roy's smirks slowly fades and the room gets awfully quiet.
"Promise me, Roy."
