"Marry Vinay, Aradhya," Aradhya's soon-to-be brother-in-law said. "Today itself, on this very wedding altar- marry him." His words didn't sound like a joke at all. "Mujhe aise mazak pasand nahi." [I don't like such jokes.] "Mai majak kar bhi nahi raha hoon." Shivang replied. "Aapko kya lagta hai, aapke kehne par mai jhat se raazi ho jaungi? Bhuliye mat, ki aap mere behan ke hone wale pati ke alawa- mere kuch aur nahi lagte." [Do you really think I'll agree so easily just because you said so? Don't forget, apart from being my sister's soon-to-be husband, you are nothing to me.] With a smirk, Shivang said, "Aur mai kahu ki tum khud apni marzi se shadi ke liye raazi hogi... toh?" [And what if I say that you'll agree to this marriage willingly?] Aradhya frowned in confusion. "Kya... kya matlab hai aapka?" [What... what do you mean?] Shivang's face remained blank as he said, "Vinay se shadi karo, warna mai tumhari behan se shadi tod dunga." [Marry Vinay, or I will break off my marriage with your sister.] A few moments later, Aradhya finally spoke. "Thik hai, mai karungi aapke dost se shadi. Par pehle meri shartein toh sunlijiye... jija ji." [Fine. I'll marry your friend. But first, listen to my conditions... brother-in-law.] She said the last words with extra emphasis. --- A little later, Aradhya entered the temple. And there, standing in front of her, was Vinay. The moment he saw her, he lowered his eyes, as if guilt was written all over his face. He stepped forward and held his hand out for her. But when Aradhya didn't take it, Vinay said softly, "Tham lo, marte dam tak nahi chhorunga- hath bhi aur sath bhi." [Hold my hand. I won't leave you till my last breath-neither your hand, nor your side.] For the first time, Aradhya looked straight into Vinay's eyes. ___________________________________________ Go ahead!! • Started- 22 August 2024

"....Do dhadkanein jab ek doosre ka wajood ban jaayein, tab ishq sirf ishq nahi rehta, woh junooniyat ban jaata hai.... " Every beginning appears ordinary until the truth chooses to reveal its first shadow. A carefully made decision. A silence that refused to speak. Questions that kept multiplying with every passing moment. Between unseen intentions, dangerous pursuits and a destiny that had begun long before anyone realized, every step moved toward a truth waiting patiently behind countless illusions. Not every game is played to win. Some are played to protect what the world was never meant to understand. ................................................................. "you don't know why I did what I did" she said. yeah how will I know. I am the dumbest person on this planet to even think what she had for me was true. "But this is not where it ends. It will end only when I marry you. Mark my words Aanya" I said throwing a punch right beside her face, on the net behind her. ___________________________________________ Aanya Verma, an average Indian girl trying to survive her college life, where she unexpectedly encounters her school enemy. the story takes place when Aanya finds out that her so-called enemy from school is her first one night stand. Sona is scared. No one has ever given her a reason not to be, not that she has ever let anyone in for that. Sona has always carefully planned out her life, fitting every piece of the puzzle called life accurately but that rule is about to be broken. Sona is getting married. To a Stanger. and Sona is scared. Devasya is anxious. No one has ever interfered in his life, not that he has ever given anyone an opportunity to do that. Devasya has created a plan for his upcoming life, he has been working hard for it anxiously for forever now, and just as he was about to pass the threshold of success, someone interfered. Devasya is getting married. To a stranger. and Devasya is mad. Unexpected surprises are the worst surprises. but they are still surprises, and sometimes it's in our hands to make these unexpected surprises, a little bit more surprisingly lovable. Devasya is about to learn that its not always necessary to walk on your path alone, sometimes it's feels good to walk while holding hand of someone. Sona is about to discover that life should not be always planned, sometimes it's nice to go with the flow because that's what life is. Life is an ocean and we all are the swimmers and now it depends upon Devasya and Sona to either cross this ocean together with the flow or go against the flow to change their paths. **** "And how do I check if I am happy or not?" "no one is truly really happy to be honest .everyone has something they always worry about so there is no way to "check" it. All you can do is find those small moments where your heart feels so happy that it feels like it's burning, your eyes shine so bright you forget to blink, or your lips can't help themselves and stretch into a huge smile. you just have to find those moments you know?Life is just a collection of moments making memories, its on you how and when to choose it. you decide how happy are you, no one does it for you." *** Previously titled: The two introverts [Language used: Hindi & English]Complete
