Es ist eine stadt mit einer Zweiklassengesellschaft.
Zum einem gibt es die "Zahlenmenschen", also die jenige die keine Namen haben , sondern mit zahlen angesprochen werden. Diese sind der zweiten Klasse der Gesellschaft zugehörig und werden von den "Namensmenschen" verachtet und verhöhnt.
Die "Namensmenschen" sind der 1.klassigen gesellschaft zugehörig und Menschen die einen Namen haben.
Wie lebt es sich in einer unterdrückten Stadt, wo die zahlenmenschen als feinde angesehen werden?
Diese Geschichte erzählt von 7 und seiner Clique.

Izuku Yagi - The Upper Moon's Successor
An Izuku Yagi story. During his Preschool days, he was ignored for being, as what society refers to as 'Quirkless'. All but 5 ignored him. They bullied him instead. Those were his sister, and his other childhood 'friends', the Bakugo and Todoroki twins. The girls only did it because they thought it will 'protect' Izuku from becoming a hero. The boys, however, had ulterior motives. During Grade School, he met the rest of future Class 1A. They found out he was Quirkless. The boys didn't like him already, but the girls, they didn't mind it at all. They actually found him as someone they should protect. They knew of his dream to becoming a hero, but they didn't want him to be one because of how dangerous the work can be. The boys found out, and they got mad. They persuaded the girls into bullying him, and to stop him from becoming a hero, and they eventually joined in, but only 3 weren't brought to the bullying. Those being Momo Yaoyorozu, Kyoka Jiro, and Ochaco Uraraka. Find out more in the story. "City X: The Society Where Everything Is Just Perfect!" Yeah, right. I see that slogan everywhere, no matter where I look. It's all a lie, an illusion. Everyone believes that it's perfect, but they don't know the workings of the inside. I was told by someone I met years ago what really goes on inside the government building, and since have been moved to the poorest part of the "perfect" city. With every passing day, I feel my reality slipping away, fading into darkness and despair, no hope in me ever being normal ever again. I remember the day this all started like it was yesterday. What if they cared not to be dragged into a life involving inhumane beings, and just studied for a job they yearned for, for the rest of their life? Unfortunately, wants cannot always be haves, for this young student at Kamome Gakuen cannot escape the life of a person with seeing eyes. It all started with a school mystery, his assistant, an exorcist, and somebody who wanted nothing to do with the apparition life in the first place. A shame none of them could get what they want.
