This story is about Everest the Glaceon moving to a new town; Eevee Town and meeting all the people who live there but this place isn't all fun and games. This paradise is short lived as the reason of this town's heaven is revealed. The reason all the eeveelutions have been flocking to this town is because of a evil that lurks beyond its borders. Can Everest and her friends stop the evil from taking over their town before everyone they know and love dies?

Will the brutality of the real world tear them apart, or will their relationship be able to flourish, rising above the harshness of the reality? This is a story written after being inspired by many others. With no intention to copy from other stories, this intricate world has been created for a sweet, adventure-filled, action-packed story, with a touch of romance, exploring the difficulties of life on the run and touching on a multitude of themes. Pokémon walk and move as they normally would, with the exception of some quadrupeds preferring to move as bipedal. The cover art is done by myself! It's not great, but I wanted to at least do something cute and original for my story! Last but not least, interactions are greatly appreciated. I love reading insightful comments and interacting with the people who enjoy my story, or even getting feedback, as I'm very new to this and somewhat self conscious about it, but I aim to grow with time. Arcane Explorers: An Eeveelution Story by SpeedJolteon351

It was around 150 years ago, when a war broke out among the 8 Eeveelution kingdoms. It was started by the Jolteon kingdom, as a war between themselves and the Vaporeon kingdom. The other kingdoms, excluding the Umbreon kingdom, joined sides with the Vaporeons, and nearly wiped out the Jolteon species completely. The Espeons mined out most, if not all of the thunder stones nearby, and hid them away. That was 150 years ago now. Jolteons are an incredibly rare sight these days. The other Eevees and Eeveelutions have been taught over the years that Jolteons are evil and soulless, and that evolving into one will change your mind for the worse, as well as being a sin against Arceus. Now, about 6 years ago, a couple exploring an old mine discovered one of the very few remaining thunder stones. They brought it home with them, but not without being spotted. Just a week later, they were forced to run away to protect their son from being discovered. They left both him, and the thunder stone behind. Now, 6 years later, there's a certain shiny Jolteon who's about to go on a journey. What may happen along the way? (This is the rewrite of Inside and Out. Some parts may be reused from the original.)
