Ember was a nobody at her local high school, in fact many people thought she couldn't speak at all. She was always pushed to the limit at the house and the populars at school pushed her mental limits. She didn't chose this life but rather her father chose it for her. When she gets hurt she seeks refuge in an abandoned barn outside of town hoping to lay low until she heals, but what happens when the schools most beloved boy stumbled soon a wounded villain?

Asher Johnson aka AJ was the schools high and mighty king. He never really had to try to be great at everything , good grades, good social skills, and great looks. But he held a secret not even his best friend Lash could know. He was the town's beloved hero always turning up at the right moments to help out and he was even given a holiday! He had everything , the girl, the house, the car, the popularity, but all of that changed when a wounded little villain stumbled into his hideout.
