Keith has always liked lance, but he seems to be completely uninterested, while keith has accepted that lance will never return his feelings he can't let go of them.
Lance tries not to let his feelings get too serious, because he sees Keith as completely out of his league. why would such an amazing person like keith care about lance like that? In proper Lance fashion he takes on the burdens of his teammates, as well as their jokes about him. But non of them know how much he really takes it to heart.
