Meet Merlin Topaz, A happy lad who has a perfect life. His priorities are straight, his life's easy, EVERYTHING IS PEACHY!- HaH Bullshit. Merlin's life is complete and utter garbage. It has been since the moment he was born. His childhood was filled with mental and physical abuse from his mother, in which he luckily had his older brother who helped him through it back then until our protagonist (merlin) decided to leave, seeing that the abuse wasn't going to stop any time soon...

While on the run, he found two wayward lycans and a baby who was gifted with great power. He grew with them, now being in a quartet instead of being a loner. But for poor Merlin nice things never last... he soon found out that a mysterious plague had not only taken his brother, but had nearly killed him.

Years of running later, the corruption had nearly won; leaving Merlin devastated...His brother was killed..the wayward lycans had been captured..everything was falling apart...And not only that, his now adopted little sister (the baby) decided to give her life to stop the corruption, which to Merlin's dismay worked...but all of this happened years ago...

Eight long years of hiding in loneliness and mourning his life away. On a trip to visit the old willow tree, the grave of his little sister. He ran into someone that might just change his life for the better...
