Barbara is the Commissioners daughter and becomes partners with Batman to help save a friend in need. When the Supergirl and the Batgirl meet however everything changes. Heroes have disappeared and the Batman and Superman have gone and failed to report back, the mission falls to the girls, the last heroes left. Will they succeed where their partners failed?
