A curious white cat known as Stream is abused at home, and decides to leave.  She ventures into a forest she's been warned about, but that choice changes her entire future.  She meets a black cat named Ash, and they need to work together to solve an issue which turns out to be a bigger problem than they suspected.

[This story was heavily inspired by the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.]
