Lace, from district one, thought that the hunger games were over. and they were, until President Keane took over. Now the games are back, and this year is a quarter quell. And with her sister Blair entered into the reaping for the first year, the games are far worse than usual. Becuase for this quell, siblings have to go into the arena together.
