The story took place 6 years after wei ying died. After wei ying's death lan zhan went to everywhere wherever is chaos just to search for wei ying. One day on his way back from yiling he found a 3 years old boy. "What is your name?" "I-i don't know, I don't have any name..." " What about your parents?" " I never saw my parents" Feeling pity for the boy, moreover the boy smiles exactly like his wei ying, lan zhan couldn't leave him there alone. So he bring him back to cloud recess with him. After so many pleading of him and his brother lan xichen , their uncle Lan Qiren allowed him to keep the boy. Lan zhan named him " WEI YING" **The story before wei ying's death is same as the original novel. Only difference is Jing ling was 8 when his parents died and suzui is not Wen. He was born Lan. Wei Ying was thrown into the burial mounds by Wen Chao, he found Went Ning and together they managed to survive. When he got out, the war at nightless city was still going on, but with Wei Ying they managed to defeat the Wen's but ended up being exhausted at the end of the fight. Lan Zhan got worried over him because of the amount of resentful energy that Wei Ying held and ultimately decided to take him to cloud recesses. Wei Ying grew inseparable from Lan Zhan and always got tense when he was alone, he only felt safe around Lan Zhan, and it confused him because he had two amazing siblings and Lan Xichen was also extremely kind and on some level he did also feel safe with them but he never felt fully safe until he was with Lan Zhan. Lan Zhan on the other hand always tried his best to make Wei Ying feel safe and talk to him about how he was feeling, which always seemed to help the younger. The two had gotten to a point where they would spend every day and night together, becoming inseparable from each other, and that's when they both realized that they had feelings for each other. So in my story I want Wei Wuxian to become cold toward Lan Wangji. Ah also, since there not much story about XianWang, this will be a XianWang. Anyway.... After leaving the burial mound, Wei a Wuxian decide to go take his revenge out of Wen Chao, Wang Lingjiao and Wen Zhuliu. He end up seeing Jiang Cheng and Lan Wangji again.
