This Story takes place in the same time period as Transformers Prime- Beast hunters ( Third season), right after the battle of Dark Mount (Episode five, to be specific ;)

She has to learn to live with the wrecker, but something changes. She changes. She starts to feel something to that wrecker and can't get him out of her processor. But then something happens. What will she do when Ultra Magnus appears in her life again? What will she do when she finds out her old friend's life signal, the only thing that didn't betray her back on Cybertron? Hidden Spark on Earth (TFP)
A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark.
