MY STORY TAKES PLACE IN A WORLD WHERE THE GHETTOS OF AMERICA ARE BEING FILLED WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE DEVELOPED SUPERHUMAN ABILITIES. IT WILL BE TOLD FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF A POLICE OFFICER WHO MISTAKENLY SHOT A LITTLE BOY.
