Ellie is just another poor girl down in the slums of her providence. Everything is fine, she's adapted to stealing food and trying to survive on her own, all while supporting her father too.
Fed up with the way that they have been living, Andrew, Ellie's father, arranges with King Marcus and Queen Lorie to have Ellie and their oldest son, Jackson, to be married within the month. This flips Ellie's life around entirely.
But Ellie takes matters into their own hands. She creates this fool-proof 10 step plan to get her life back together and to finally leave the providence. The plan consists of her escaping, setting her father up for success, and living her life the way that Ellie wants.
Of course, nothing goes according to plan.
I don't have a set posting schedule because school is extremely stressful and motivation is a little wonky right now, plus other events, so I will post AT LEAST once a week. :)
