O Negative is a story about a young girl in the post apocalyptic wastes of the world, this girl April has the blood type, drum roll please, O Negative this blood type is the only cure for a disease called B.B. (Black Blood) which makes people and animals alike mutate to a much more grotesque form. April has to travel the wastes of countries like The U.S.A, Canada, and even Africa to cure the world of B.B. ! Meeting companions worth keeping and Spawns worth killing! 

P.S. Spawns are people and animals infected by B.B.

She was 15 years old when it began. Now, she was turning 17 and nothing had gotten better. If anything, everything had become harder. Human extinction was inevitable and the probability of surviving wasn't just slightly possible, it was impossible. Especially when she's alone.
