In a big city seeming wild village of people called Edenians, is where Queen Megami rules. Queen Megami has two daughters. One older daughter named Himeji and a younger named Hinata. 

Life in the self made village is good. Despite all of the people having quirks, they dont use them other than for self defense. They dont have food like normal people would. They built their homes in the wilderness. They hunt using weapons and not their quirks because it is felt that they would use their powers to their advantage. 

Princess Hinata lives in the village castle with her mother and sister. Her sister is a pro hero at the age of 21. Hinata inspires to become a her like her older sister. That's exactly what she wants to become. However on her path she will cross paths with someone(a young hero) she will grow to romantically love. (Y/n)'s grandfather was a Pro-Hero in Japan. One of the best, in fact. He was in the top 20 Pro-Heroes. His Hero name was 'Manipulator' and his Quirk was Mind Manipulation. (Y/n) admired him a lot so when she heard that her family was going back to Japan, she wanted to tell him all about her Quirk. But sadly, when they got there, she was told that her grandfather died. They didn't stay there for long though, after their visit to Japan, they went back to America. Then 9 years later, (Y/n)'s parents decided to go back in Japan. To finally live there. (Y/n) was excited, thinking she'll not be homeschooled anymore because she was homeschooled all her life ever since her father's father's death. But due to strict parents, she continued homeschooling. 1 year later, she was bored. As always. So she decided to have a little fun around, only for her fate to turn around... !
