Mercury // S. Rogers (Book Six) ✔
After their third, and hopefully final encounter with Thanos, the reunited Avengers are left to pick up the pieces of the last five years and attempt to move on with their lives. Even with the giant hole left behind by the loss of Tony and Vision, they're still met with the joy that Natasha's return brings. With Sam and Bucky temporarily living with Freya and Steve, who are excitedly expecting twins, things seem like they're slowly returning to a new normal. But Freya can't seem to shake an uneasy feeling after her brief, but nearly violent confrontation with Wanda. The feeling isn't only putting her on edge, but it carries a darkness with it as well. Not long after Wanda leaves, something causes Freya to have an episode with her powers. But instead of her powers lashing out, they're forced to contain an out of control Freya in order to protect the others. Once it passes, new revelations begin to tie everything back to Wanda and her unknown activities. Freya worries for the younger woman and hopes she didn't make a mistake by encouraging her to take time for herself. However, that worry and hope quickly dissolves into fear and guilt when an old friend reaches out for help with a situation only Freya might understand. Without hesitation, Freya, Steve, Sam and Bucky rush to aid the contact. Only to come face to face with something so bizarre and terrifying, even Freya has the urge to stay away. Though, when she discovers Wanda, and perplexingly enough, Vision, at the center of it, she knows they have to do whatever it takes to bring their family home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Steve Rogers x OC (Stark) [WandaVision] **Book six in the Mercury Series** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING MARVEL OR DISNEY RELATED!! My brothers and I have been getting along very well, as a Bounty Hunter, I can be very intimidating, until I met him. His hair, his eyes, his touch is all I need, I never thought all that of him can make me feel like this and to my surprise, I act like a child. I was just no longer that average savage adult that I was, but everything changed when I learned about his past. I couldn't believe it nor could I even want to, it was overwhelming. I was lost, confused, it got to the point where I wasn't myself for a while. But the fun part is being Dominant. What's that supposed to mean?, What past did this person learn?, Is the father dead or alive?, Who's more dominant?, In what way? Read this book to know. The City Meets The Country
"Enough!!! You lot are getting help!" Fury yelled at them making the shouting stop. "Sorry?" Sam said and looked at the Director with a confused face. "Ever since the Accords and the whole Tantrum fit from all of you," He pointed to everyone in the room. "You all cant seem to work together as a team, acting like a bunch of children! You got two months to fix the problem or you are out." "What do you mean out?" Natasha asked "Out of a Job... restrictions on some of you...the others will end up back in prison. I won't be able to help any of you if you don't get your shit together." Fury crossed his arms "You can't do that." Tony pointed at him "It's not up to me anymore. The government wants you all out, frankly I am the only thing stopping them from doing that. They agreed for giving all of you a second chance but what ever this is," He motioned to all of them. "Needs to be fixed before any more people get hurt...again." Where the Avengers are having trouble working together as a team after Civil War. The Compound is always in major Chaos, each one of them still has a grudge against each other and Fury (and Pepper) are tired of the childish fights. Because of this the team can't seem to work together anymore, giving the government a reason to disassemble the Avengers for good. One chance and two months to find the trust in each other again, Pepper sends the team to the country with an old friend who owns a ranch. With hard work from Rebecca and her ranch hands, can she help fix them? Will the team ever be the same? And maybe some love can blossom from all of this? Bucky Barns X OC
