Few years after the SAO incident, (Y/N) has been living peacefully, enjoying his life and spending more time with Asuna.
Then a new device called the Augma that is based on the old NerveGear and a new game appeared called Ordinal Scale another virtual reality game.
Then out of curiosity, when players loose the game, they began to act strange and can't remember anything.
Now, it's up to (Y/N) and his longtime friend also brother figure Kirito to solve the mystery and uncovering a sinister plot, before it's too late.
I do not own Sword Art Online, the pictures, the artwork and the others and I give credits to the creator.

The Black Swordsman
This is a retelling of my least favorite arc in, "Sword Art Online," which is the, "Fairy Dance Arc." I am going to attempt writing my own version of the story that is much darker and focuses on things that the original arc didn't focus on. The story follows Kirito, after he wakes up from beating, "Sword Art Online." He learns that Asuna didn't wake up with him and he now struggles to find a reason to keep trying to live his life. Once he learns that Asuna is still alive in a different game, he must find the motivation to become the player that he once was in, "Sword Art Online," in order to save her from a threat unlike anything he has faced, before.
