Touya Todoroki, formerly known as Dabi, was trapped between two worlds when he first met Keigo Tamaki who was known as Japan's No.2 Pro Hero Hawks. He ended up choosing to live on the good side of the world and discarded his old ways. Once he chooses this however Keigo announces he needs to leave and breaks both of their hearts in the process. Five years later, Touya still hasn't forgotten what he felt and the wall that separated them but he refuses to let himself go back. They are finally reunited but will their feelings be reignited or will they stay the remnants of the ashes left behind from the love they had?

He became more angry and more possessive over Hawks to the point where he was now taking his anger out on his winged boyfriend. It even gotten worse when he saw his own dad in the house he and Hawks shared. Dabi has become abusive, manipulative and possessive over him over time leaving Hawks wondering what went wrong with them Hawks' friend Rumi has noticed this and so did the other pro's and soon deciding that they would go check on him after awhile of seeing him covered in bruises.
