Imagine that everything you have fought for, for years, your ideals to which you put your heart and even your soul are shattered into pieces in just a few seconds. That was what Jasper, the quartz soldier, felt after hearing about the death of Pink Diamond.
Sometime later, when she faced with the son of the great rebel leader "Steven Universe", she was imprisoned in a bubble and in her own corruption.

- Do I really deserve all this? Was it so bad to fight for what I believe? - It was what she repeated herself over and over again inside her prison.

Being a half-gem human or a half-hybrid wasn't as easy and amazing as what people thought. It only led you to pain and tortures. Your father wasn't amused when he found out that you are the one who killed his dear lovely wife by giving up your mother's gem just to have you. Your mother knew she would be gone as she was having you, and yet she didn't stop to have you born. After years go by, your father had enough of you and finally decided to get rid of you. By drowning. Yet you still alive and was living and surviving alone. Until you met a certain curly-haired boy that was called by the name of Steven Quartz Universe. This is not my first time writing so I bet that I could make the chapter as long as 1000+ words. This book also took before the movie started. THIS STORY IS COMPLETED. (yayahhh) Okay, so I'm just... trying to write a fanfiction, okay? About Lapis Lazuli and Peridot and Jasper and... eh... what happened on that big hand-ship before the Crystal Gems crashed it. (This story ends near the end of the episode Jail Break) I'm keeping this child-friendly. None of what I consider cursing is in this book. And it's just friendship. And forgiveness. It might be a bit of a sad story, maybe... but anyway, it's not romantic love-stuff. And there might be a little violence because – y'know – Jasper's in the book. But not too bad.
