This story takes place where ghoul's roam the world and where everyone want's them dead. There was one ghoul who had enough of people not allowing the others to get education since all the parent's were scared that the ghouls might hurt their children. This certain ghoul decided to make a school called, Hide Away Academy. This Academy is for anyone, from humans that aren't murderer's who want all ghouls dead, to all the ghouls that live around the world. Since there aren't many ghouls and only 2 humans that aren't cold blooded killer's, Everyone in the school goes to the same classes as everyone But most of this is irrelevant to the story except, of course, it making a setting for the three people who are relevant to the story, and adding some character to this book. These three are called, Dixon, Oliver, and Jaxson. Dixon is a zombie, also known as, the unturned 'freak' by most people. Jaxson is a werewolf, except, his ears are always out and he can't really turn into one, so, is he really a were wolf? He is also known for his extreme height. As everyone in the school is about 5'1 to 5'2 and a half, he is 7'2 and a half. He usually bangs his head on the doorway of the school since it was made for most of the students who go there. The last one is Oliver, he is known as a vampire, or the 'unique' vampire. What makes him unique is his skin tone, his hair color, and his reaction to the sunlight. Since being a vampire is rare in this universe he is already unique. But he also has ginger hair which makes him even more unique. His skin tone is darker then usual vampire's since most have a pale skin tone, and as a TV show character named Edward, they sparkle in the sunlight. The last thing about Oliver is that he doesn't burn in sunlight, so what make's him a vampire? His love of blood of course. To cut this short, the three boys meet and decide to make a group called The Moonshine Boys, and no, I am not referring to the alcohol I am referring to the moon's light.

Jace Summers is someone who is always true to himself no matter what anyone else thinks of him, and he's proud of who he is. He has pastel pink hair, stunning deep brown eyes, and a sweet and silky voice that makes all of the girls swoon. Too bad he's gay though. He has been out since seventh grade and is thankful he has never gotten hate for it, not that it would have bothered him anyway. Alec Walker is someone who everyone knows and likes, though he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He has brown hair, hazel eyes with the perfect mix of brown and green, and his side profile could make angels swoon. Neither of those two boys seem very different from each other, both are kind, well-liked, and very handsome. Even if they aren't friends, you wouldn't expect them to dislike each other. Well, sadly that is incorrect. Ever since they can remember, they have each hated each other with a burning passion. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying and throws his personality in everyone's faces. Those seem like very small or petty things that they could easily overcome by having a conversation, but both are too stubborn for that. It is a mutual hate that neither will give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. *Has been edited for grammar and general cringe! (And is miraculously one chapter longer than it was originally!)
