Fall, 1982, The Vietnam Veterans Memorial was completed a few months ago. My family says I should go see it but I can't, I just can't. John Malford is a war veteran who came back to Wisconsin after 5 long years of service and 4 years of being a pow in the Vietnam War. But not everyone came back with him. A short-story about John and how he comes to terms with life.

When a soldier leaves his home for protecting his country, he is sacrificing his biggest happiness just for the sake of citizens living in that country. A soldier's life is full of sacrifices. His sufferings aren't limited to his own self even his family suffers in his absence. what will happen when a POW- Prisoner of war will return home after 4 years and meet his wife who is waiting for him. let's join avneil in their journey. He woke up in a hospital, doesn't know why he's there, doesn't know who he is, doesn't even know how he got there, and he's got a real bad headache. He's got a head wound the size of a baseball, he can't see with his right eye, and no matter how hard he tries, he can't get a straight answer for anything, except that mineshaft workers found him crystalized and immediately flew him to the 'hospital.' Nobody could figure out how long he was in the crystal, and the only thing he could remember was his name. I really hope you enjoy! Like my previous books, I haven't gotten a cover for it but I'm working on it:)

Brady, the bane of her existence- he was insufferable, always cranky, and for some reason hated her before she could even have a real conversation with him. The hatred was mutual, of course- however, the hatred was quick to morph into something different, something more friendly after the two encountered near-death situations. It was something that resembled love- something that was love, and it was so very clearly the one thing that was destined to save them in the end. He has a past, and it is not a pretty one. He just wants to forget about it. When he meets her, things change... but then... things turn to the worse, and he has to come clean about his past.
