Lisi is perfect. She has a perfect family, perfect looks, perfect clothes, a perfect house AND a perfect life. She's the most popular girl in high school since anyone could remember. She's dated all the good-looking guys in the school but always, at the end, said that they weren't right for her. But what happens when this new hot emo boy comes into the view? Does she fall for him or hate him? Or asks to be simply just be friends? Alex is hated by most of the boys and girls of the school. Wouldn't it be weird if the most popular girl is friends with the least popular boy? Would it be right for the school communtiy or would it just seem too wrong for words?
Alex is the complete opposite of Lisi. His life is a total failure. He has crazy alcoholic parents, his siblings either killed themselves or someone killed them. He has no real friends and is shy around everyone. He hates bright colors and loves dark. He stays in the shadows and watches most if the time. He lies in a shabby apartment with his parents and his little sister, Sierra (also called Oreo). He hates people and has bad grades. He never talks to anyone who looks like trouble (happy bubbly girls or flirty annoying sluts) and can only have one emotion: sadness. nothing else except probably at times anger and loneliness. He tends never laugh and finds it hard to smile.

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. Did I mention that he is also the new kid. Overall Blake is a bad influence for Cassie, so she tries to avoid him at all costs. She doesn't want anything to do with him or his bad boy personality. Everything she tries fails. She bumps into him in the halls. Every where she goes, he seems to be right there. Until she is forced to work with him on a project for 3 weeks. Will Cassie be able to resist Blakes charm and good looks.
