In this short story, Turac, the young son of a seer (shaman), has his first vision at the Winter Solstice and saves the day.
This little tale is the first in a series based around my forthcoming novel "The Eye of Time", to give you a taste of the Neolithic world I have recreated there. The stories are set around Stonehenge at the end of the Neolithic/dawn of the Bronze Age and I have tried to be accurate in spirit to the evidence we have for those times in the British Isles.
Turac, our hero here, will reappear as an old man in the novel, which is set some forty years later.
