In the minds of the kral, you only get a luxurious life if you have blond hair, blue eyes, and the mark of the slaves.
If you have the mark of the free, at the age of 17, you have the choice of being executed, or living with the rest of the free.
The kral makes living with the free sound like hell.
But in reality.
It's like heaven compared to the luxurious life.
