Crossfire was born to compete. With Valegro (his supposed "sibling") in his blood, dressage was made to be a complicated but easy task for Crossfire. Until he and his uncareful but alert rider take the smallest wrong step that led to a life-threatening situation the 7-year-old Friesian stallion who didn't understand any part of it. He's then sent to an auction with people who recognized him from his popular and wonderful performances. He is bought by a tender and considerate dressage rider who learned was Cecelia or Cece. Will the two build a strong bond and once again will Crossfire become famous? Or will he come crashing down again, as he did with Mary?

The Switch
Set immediately after the events in Souja. Duchess Contessina DeBaringer has been betrothed since infancy to the last man in the world she wants to marry. However- a year before the wedding to him and squeezing herself into the wedding dress, she comes under agonizing pain and faints. Upon examination- she is diagnosed with incurable cancer and side sickness and given only months left to live. Two days after the diagnosis- an offer comes in for his second daughter Millicent's hand in marraige that is too good to pass up and her father accepts immediately. However the offer is from a Baron Thaddius Salgria- of Salgria Shipping for his eldest son- Kragan. Who has spent his whole life on ships, either seaships or skyships. And Kragan is a natural sailor, when he's not designing, commissioning and building the ships himself. And for Millicent- the insult to the injury is that Kragan and his family are orcs. Millicent is furious with the match and outright refuses. So Contessina suggests that her father switch the marraige matches between herself and her sister. And to keep the news of her condition a secret- lest it be known and the family honor be ruined. Contessina and her father hatch a plan to pull it off. The doctors give her betrothed a fake but secret dianosis of being an horse riding accident and that she is now barren in order for herself to be released from the betrothal, which works. And the same lie about the horse riding accident is enough to ward off suspicion as to why she is taking medication to mask the symptoms of her real fatal illness to the Salgrias. But upon meeting her new groom- Contessina realizes that he is her love match and everything she never knew she always wanted and needed. So will she be able to keep her deadly secret to herself long enough to save her family from ruination- and more importantly- save Kragan from ruination too?Complete
Wild Horses
Wild Horses started in early 2005 following a chance encounter in which my Karl Urban muse met Slashfairy's Viggo Mortensen in a roleplaying game. The two muses clicked instantly, we decided that we liked writing together so we started writing outside of the RPG, and as the writing developed we realised that these muses were actually building a life together, through the stories. It really started when Karl and Viggo bought a house in Pismo Beach, a town on the California coast halfway between LA and SF. They renovated it together, turned the garage into a studio, shared their home with each other and with two dogs. But Viggo missed Orlando too, so Karl schemed a scheme and arranged for Orlando to come and visit. The visit turned out to be permanent; Orlando and Sidi moved in with them, so two became three, in what Orlando nicknamed the "House of Trouser". The "Wild Horses" nickname came from a comment that Viggo made; Vild heste (in Danish), creatures untethered, un-corralled, but choosing to run together for a little while, in their own little herd. Hence, their own nicknames, Pferde for Karl and Heste for Viggo, each meaning "horse" in German and Danish respectively. Goofy and funny at times, other times heart-wrenching and poignant. Rated for graphic male/male intimacy from the start.Complete

Ty has been trying to work up the Courage to ask Amy to Marry him but has he left it too Late, due to his actions they are not in a good place, Months Later Amy is offered a Chance to show her Family what she can do as a trainer not Just a Healer of Horses, by putting on a show to Audition for a Chance to Tour with the Dark Horse Troupe through Canada and then the USA which would be a Two Month Tour around Canada then a one month break before the American Tour which would be for Nine Months. What will Amy do, her Grampa said to her that this was a chance of a Lifetime and not to worry about Heartland as they'll Just buy and breed more Cattle. Of course things take a different turn due to Ty's insecurities and while Amy's in the USA with Dark Horse, Calamity Strikes of Biblical proportions sending the US into turmoil with help being offered from the UK and Europe. Ty can't believe what's happened and for the first time in his life he prays that Amy survived, he knows which City she's in so sets off to find her, hoping that the city still exists.Complete
