This modern day, bible-belt high school set Romeo and Juliet inspired love story centers around an all-American boy-next-door named Brycen Chandler who just so happens to be the star quarterback at his high school. When a nerdy new boy named Sonny Lucas moves down the street from him, Brycen befriends him as Sonny has no friends there yet. But Sonny is not only a nerd, but he's gay and one of those "artsy" boys who is in drama club, art club, and glee club.
