Saito Aimi, the daughter of a father with a minor fire quirk and a mother with a powerful ice quirk who left the two when Aimi was a baby. For years Aimi struggled to control her violent quirk, Ice Flames, it seemed to only respond to her when she was under emotional distress and that became her ultimate downfall. Unintentionally she released her power at full force when a gang of kids decided to attack a best friend, each child (other than her friend) were attacked with frost bite at extreme levels and others paralyzed from the bone chilling flames. From that day forward Aimi suppressed her emotions and was subjected to days of torment by neighborhood bullies. Her father continued to shower her in support and kindness, trying to counter the pain she felt outside of the home. Seeing her father's struggle, she vowed to tame her quirk and become a hero to show herself and others that she could do more than just hurt others.
