Year 1294 a war unlike any other wars seen in the history of mankind has appeared. The birth of the mysterious species known as demons have begun to invade the lands of humanity. The demons showed powers that surpasses the abilities of humans and one by one the countries of the humans were conquered by the demon army. Thanks to a forgotten magic humanity managed to defeat the demon army for the first time. A hundred years has passed since the first holy war and in the small country of lasfortia a blind young girl was born. She possessed powers that's equal or stronger than a dragon itself and she was also considered a genius at magic. She was taught the secret arts of a forgotten magic known as dragon's soul. And she wish to protect the people of her country. Will she be able to protect her country or will it suffer the same fate as the other countries of humanity.All Rights Reserved

"Come on out little girl, why not make this easier for both of us. The agency you ran away from just want to have a little talk, that's all." She scoffed internally. Yeah right. Then the footsteps ceased. She peeked to the right, then to the left. Neither direction showed any sign of the intruder. She looked up in front of her and gasped, the glint of steel and smell of death as overwhelming as it was adrenaline inducing, exciting. "Boo." ✮ Murder, accidents, assassinations. Call it what you will, it's all the same, all has the same life breaking, mind shattering consequences - be it for the victim or the bystander. It had shaped Alex in a way no one should be. Broken down and rebuilt into the perfect soldier, one who had the power to change the world, to fight battles that would either make or break the carefully constructed vision we all live in. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Not to mention the threat of a world war and ghost hanging above your head. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you. Sometimes, running head-first into a situation isn't the best idea. Instead, you gotta play a game. A deadly game where either you have all the pieces on the board, or you have nothing. She lead a rather tragic life. The black sheep of her family due to her lack of affinity for fire. Her affinity was quite the opposite. Water in fact. Already in a time when women did not really have much political power or rights, she was outcasted by her family despite being of nobility. Still allowed to live in the distant west wing of the massive Grand Duke's manor, she has never eaten a single meal with her family nor extended family, and has spent her loneliness in her books and sword lessons. Although only taught by the head butler and one of the low ranked knights of the family, she was quite bright and if her family would have given her a chance she would have done great things. If only she didn't die at such a young age. Married off to some "hero" of sort that had slayed the Dragon of the North who was terrorizing the land and threatened the kingdom, this hero also had an affinity for fire and held her in disdain like the rest of her family. Suddenly a girl of another world was transported to their world, picked up by this hero and put into his secure care. The pair soon fell for each other despite the hero's marriage, and many believed Laraine got jealous of this girl of mystery, and tried to kill her. This was definitely not true. But because the girl was favored by the temple and kingdom Laraine was quickly arrested and put on trial. You can probably tell what happened to Laraine. But something strange happened the day of her execution. As soon as her decapitated head hit the ground the sky turned blood red and it began to rain fire. No one survived that day. But for some reason time went back, and Laraine was back to being a child, but with no memory of her future. There were select few in her life, however, that remembered her tragedy and now perhaps will take action to prevent it. NOTE: I'M AWARE THERE ARE A LOT OF INCONSISTENCIES. IT WILL BE EDITED SOME DAY BUT RIGHT NOW I'M JUST TRYING TO FINISH IT.

They were the ones to deal with the aftermath of war, helping those that had already severed their kingdom and those that had yet to come of age. Now, there are also classes that seem limited to certain standing, take the rogue class for example; they are restricted to support and assassin types. Their sly personalities and abnormal magic perfect for stealing and stealth. Then lead types seem bland, always the same people, warrior class, elemental magic, blah blah blah. Though humans are uncommon within the lead types it's not as if one had heads turning in disbelieve. Uncommon but not rare. Boring really. Everyone's always so restricted with their magic, type, class, and rank, and yet... She exists. A magic so fragile she shouldn't even be allowed in war, a class that doesn't match her personality, and a type that clearly doesn't belong to her. The only thing that seemed to be correct was her rank, F, the lowest. I wonder... Will she thrive with her standing? Or with she burn in the chaos of it? Why don't we find out? (This is a first draft and the plot is a little all over the place)
