Salem's Sky

Twenty years after a four-way war leaves a girl's ancestral lands in ruin. She goes to the North to release her mother's ashes in her homeland. The North is under control of an oppressive regime called the Order of Salem. A group of pious priests that enforce archaic law and forbid the use of magic in a world flowing with it. All is well until a kind man welcomes her into his home during a storm. But this man has much darker plans for her.
