During the beginning of an apocalypse, Touya Todoroki finds his youngest brother, Shoto Todoroki, in a cave. Shoto gets bit, and Touya gives up all hopes of him surviving.

Touya, who now goes by the name Dabi, gets news of a group of Immunes. It turns out, Shoto is with them.
