Class Zero was explicitly designed for an exchange program, functioning similarly to the Hero Corse along with Elements of the General Study Class', Support Class' And the Management Class' thrown in there as well. ------------------------------------------- Australia, specifically Western Australia, has very carefree quirk users and pro hero's, with the addition of there not being many villains and gangs around, WA doesn't have a very high demand for Pros, but schools are still recommended to put up restrictions on quirks and have small hero courses that are either very hard or easy to get into depending on the school. But one school out of dozens was tasked with picking students to be apart of an exchange program at UA High School, Class Zero.
