No this is not your every day team Natsu kicks Lucy out of the guild cause she's weak, or that she left due to her own accounts of thinking she's weak.
Lucy believes that everyone in the guild cared for her and never thought of her as weak. She believed Natsu every time he tolled her she was strong. But either way it doesn't stop her from leaving to train so not having to rely on Natsu all the she tells Master Makarov that she's going to visit family. Natsu believed she'd be back soon so he takes mission after mission to keep is mind off her hoping that when he returns from a mission she be at the guild. Happy and his friends start to worry about Natsu's well being as he fights a battle with in himself about his feelings and if Lucy would ever return to them.
Sorry if that was a bad descriptions I'm not all that good with them Hope you enjoy. And depending on how I end this there Might be a sequel. I also plan to write about Lucy's training, not a lot but still some.

Betrayal
What happens when the one you love most has to leave to protect your loved ones? How would you react if your loved ones betrayed the one you love the most? This is set after the Alvarez war. Edolas happened, but Lisanna never came back to the guild. She went to her siblings to give her the peace of her return, but she did not feel ready to face the guild. All characters belong to Hiro Mashima, this is just a fanfiction taking the trope of Lisanna is back and everyone is mean to Lucy. I don't really like it since I honestly can't see them turning on each other, especially Natsu against Lucy and a lot take the route of Natsu specifically turning the most against her so I figured to write it in the way that he doesn't. I also don't mind Lisanna and she isn't evil just a teenager almost adult (or technically adult depending if you see them around 19) in love. Again Hiro Mashima owns Fairy tail and all its characters, this fanfiction doesn't have any oc either, the only thing that's mine is this specific way I wrote the trope. If anyone else writes anything similar it's there's. I write and read a lot, but I've never published anything I've written so far and I don't know if I ever will, but if I do a lot is influence by my own experiences and what I read, which in wattpad is just fairy tail fanfictions. She meets Natsu Dragneel, a strong and arrogant fire dragon slayer. He challenges her to a fight, thinking she would go down easily. The fight ended in a draw and the two have been rivals since. One day, Fairy Tails master assigns Erza, Gray, Wendy, Natsu, and Lucy to do a dangerous and life risking job. Will Lucy and Natsu be able to get past their differences or will they forever hate each other? And can Fairy Tail's strongest team defeat Zeref, Natsu's evil older brother? When master makarov here's a horrible rumour that a dark guild is abducting the females from guilds, he thinks it's best for the girls from fairy tail to be protected by the men in the guild, so without the girls getting worried he calls grey natsu and the rest of them into his office to tell them who they were going to be with untill they are sure it is safe for them to be on there own again.... Look Who's Useless Now?
(Quick note, everybody is at least a few years younger than in the original, like, 14/15.) During a mission in Crocus, Team Natsu were preparing for an expedition in a nearby forest with fearful monsters and deadly beings. Lucy had to buy some equipment, only stepping out for a number of minutes. While she was out, the team was attacked by another group from the dark guild, Moonlight Secrets, and were almost defeated. When Lucy returned, she found the inn they were staying at, in shambles and some extremely frustrated teammates. After being screamed at and verbally abused, Lucy runs away and vows to return the favour. A few years have past since then, Lizanna returned, battle were fought. Yet still, no Lucy. Through these years, strange events have happened. Enemies have been defeated just by being pushed into another room. Odd deliveries made to the guilds variety of Masters. Fairytail had supposedly done things they don't remember, such as destroying towns and cities on missions they've never heard of, or cleaning an entire village, that had been crushed by dark guilds, in mere seconds. Team Natsu felt bad, no one meant what they said, most don't even remember what they said or what made her leave. Now a new battle must be fought, but this one will be harder than any other. This. Is. War. Will Fairy Tail be able to survive this one, or will they need help from a fallen family member? Will they find her, or will she find them? Does Lucy have any relations to this new war that will fall upon Fiore and all its guilds?
