It's been around six years since Larry Johnson moved away from Nockfell and started a new life. Sal has stayed the whole time, hopeful to see him again, but hope was fading fast as the two had hardly even talked since their departure. 

That is, until Sal also moves and accidentally bumps into his old pal. 

Sparks fly, and it's like they're kids again! But they aren't anymore. They're adults, with their own problems and their own worries. 

Sal wants to take care of Larry and Larry doesn't want to be taken care of. Yet what if there comes a time where he needs to be taken care of? Where he can't even take care of himself? Well, when that time comes, it won't be pretty.

For as long as he's known "Sally Face," hes has an emotionless white and pink face with the holes of his eyes being the only peak into his humanity. The eerie mask was all Travis saw of the boy for a long time. Getting to know the boy he found out why the prosthetic was worn and how it was not just some gay fashion statement. But even as he got friendly, or more than friendly, with Sal, he didn't see under the medical device until after high school Sal had never shown his face purposely to anyone, most the time it was on accident. With Travis he specifically wanted to show the horror that is what was left of his face. He trusted Travis and wanted to take that step in their relationship. But after he did, nothing changed, whenever he was with Travis he was still covered. Sal hated the way he looked, he barley had his prosthetic off when he was by himself, much less with his friends or family. This fact was one that Travis hated. Travis is determined to help Sal feel more comfortable in his own skin. Feel more confident without his mask, whether it was when he was alone or accompanied by his boyfriend.
