**First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now. Keith and Lance had been friends most of their lives. When Keith came out to Lance as gay, Lance had run a mile and their friendship ended. They are all now halfway through their second year at college and Lance finds he can't stand Allura anymore. She is nasty and self-absorbed. To make matters worse, he finds himself in all the same classes as Keith, except one. Lance wants his friend back as more than just a friend. On the day he dumps Allura, the unexpected happens. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the back story of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. I used google translate for any Spanish and Japanese used in the story, so blame me if it's wrong.
