Jeremy's life isn't the greatest.

1. His boyfriend has anorexia.
2. His family don't care about him.
3. He lives in an boarding school for "troubled minds".
4. He is addicted to drugs. 

However, when his twin brother Michael commits suicide, while Jeremy is visiting for Christmas, an opportunity opens up for him. What if he could become someone else, and live a much happier life? 

I mean how hard could it be? 

This is exactly what Jeremy thinks, but overtime he realises that pretending to be someone else isn't as easy as it may seem, especially when you hardly know the person.
