At Lucifer's private Catholic high school, there are only a couple of things that a guy can do to completely ruin their reputation. Rumors are common and fleeting, and usually mean less than nothing. What does matter, is one's standing on the school's local gossip app, Through The Grapevine, or TTG. The app is known for spilling people's biggest secrets and outing people for all of their juicy dirt. But when Lucifer's younger brothers start to get their secrets spilled on the app, and then Lucifer's biggest secret is spilled, Lucifer and his family and friends attempt to unmask whoever is sharing these things with the whole school.
The plot thickens, however, when someone else begins to target the school bullies, spilling their deepest secrets to the entire school. As Lucifer, Gabriel, and Castiel begin to expand their own personal relationships and romances, they also find themselves in the middle of two major mysteries, in search of whoever is spilling their secrets and defending them. Will they be able to able to protect themselves from the vicious rumors, or will their lives fall victim to the attacks from somewhere behind the grapevine?
