An assignment from the hero agency sends a few pro heroes to the USA, nothing major, just more exposure for them. It's been nice; it's not tiring. In a way, it's like a vacation for them. Of course, there are the usual villains that do things from time to time, like robberies, but it's all manageable. It's nice to get away from the everyday events and start something a little different. But things are far more different than what the Japanese pro heroes thought.
