Fear strikes a small New Mexico town in the summer months of 1976. Several bodies of young women are turned into dolls. Who's behind it, no one but Amelia Rosewood (M.E.) knows. Amelia Rosewood is the town sweetheart with a deadly secret. Her childhood before the age of six is hidden, even from her beloved care-taker Edmund and his daughter Eden. As the county's medical examiner, Amelia is no stranger to death and horror. But when young women in her town start to disappear and turn up dead, she realizes something awful is due to come. Her worse fear is coming true and she may be the only one able to end it all. Will Amelia risk exposing her secret to save the young women of her town? Or will she try to save them herself and hide her past forever?
