Zoey Fey is a perfectionist. She hates anything that's out of order, and she especially hates it when things don't go exactly as planned. She dislikes it when her teachers pair her up with people who don't live up to her expectations, which for her, is everyone.
Ian Gibson is a new kid to Tyson High School, and he has a shady past. He's intrigued by Zoey's immediate hatred towards him, and when their shared teacher calls for a partner project, he volunteers to be Zoey's partner.
