On that night the nine tails attacked Minato and Kushina didn't die the third Hokage took their place since he wanted them to take care of their triplets. You heard me correctly Kushina gave birth to beautiful triplets their names are Menma, Mito, and the baby Naruto. After Kushina gave birth to the three the nine tails seal was weakened badly so it gave the masked man a chance to take control of the nine tails.
So the masked man took the nine tails out of Kushina so when it was time to seal the beast the best choice was to seal it in their babies. But the one who sealed the Nine tails in the children was the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi. So when the Kyuubi was sealed, Menma and Mito got most of the chakra of the nine tails sealed in them while Naruto gets the spirit of the nine tails and some of its chakra. The third died that night which was a sad night but his last wish was that all of the children that hold the burden of carrying the nine tails inside them should be treated as heroes.
A few years later their children are five years old Menma and Mito are being treated like gods will Naruto is a different story he is treated like trash like a monster to be exact. The villagers beat him to a bloody pulp when they get the chance even his family treats him like trash. But one day someone visits the village looking for an experiment to take to his lab. When he was looking for one some little kid knocked into him the kid was covered in blood and bruises.
A mod was right in front of the man asking for the demon back so they could kill it but the man didn't hand over the child he decided to take the child to his lab to be his experiment but he found out that this kid is the holder of the nine tails.
His name was Orochimaru one of the Legendary Sannin.
