Honey Scragger's Last Words

The year is 3002. 800 years after an asteroid hits Earth and kills everyone but two people, Jane and Mark Deacon, two refugees who were hiding in the strange, uncharted island of Avalia. After a crap ton of reproduction and a mysterious Fountain of Age, society has been rebuilt.

Or so they thought.

One of these millions of offspring, sixteen-year-old Vivieaa, has a couple of questions about her history. Why did Jane and Mark know about Avalia? How come no one knows anything about the culture of pre-asteroid folk? Why are all other species still alive?

So when Vivieaa discovers the diaries of Honey Scragger, a pre-asteroid woman with a personal vendetta against Jane Deacon, she becomes obsessed with finding the answers. While discovering more and more about her many-greats grandmother, Vivieaa comes across a centuries-old, earth-shattering secret.
