SNT was never the only creation that Eggman made, there were two others. Sisters made from the DNA of Sonics allies, These were Project BCE (Blaze, Cream  Espio) and Project ARC (Amy, Rouge, Charmie).
When the two siblings breack out and reunite with SNT the three continue working with Sonic and friends to keep Eggman at bay.
